Riding Level: Intermediate to Experienced. Joe is a force to be reckoned with. He is super strong, but gentle. There is no power steering on this baby. Prepare your muscles. I think he might be claustrophobic because when you stop on the trail for water he has to move out of the line by a couple feet.

Riding Level: Experienced. Jake is still not in the string yet, but we hope that he will soon. Jake is more cautious than Joe. He is coming along nicely, and will soon be available to ride.

Rider Level:  Beginner. She is a cross between a Percheron Mare, a mammoth mule and a Lazy Boy recliner. Super slow, super gentle. Don’t be fooled, she can move faster, she just doesn’t want to. Great ride for someone that wants to sit back and enjoy the scenery.

Rider Level: Intermediate. Class Clown of the herd. You need to have a sense of humor to ride Chunky. It is a requirement.

Riding Level: Beginner/Intermediate. Brownie is the God Father of the herd. He is usually the caboose in the line up because he hates line butters.

Riding Level:  Intermediate to Experienced. Frosty is my agitator. If left to his own demise, he will cause trouble on the trail ride just out of boredom. Mostly nibbling on his rider or the horse in front of him. I usually try to put like personalities on him. He is a very well trained horse if you know what you are doing.

Height: 14.3 hands

Riding Level:  Experienced - Plugger is a very wide, slow horse. He has just made the dude string. We have been working with him since 2017. He was green broke, and very scared of everything. He has a broken shoulder that has fused from an injury when he was two so we limit him to short or flat rides. He’s a fatty, but that is just the way he is built.

Riding Level: Experienced. Sidekick is the horse everyone wants to take home. Great personality, good looking and responsive. He is a forward moving horse so he needs an experienced rider. I have never met a horse that gets along with everyone like he does.

Color:  Not sure what his color is. It is definitely different.

Riding Level:  Beginner. Super slow unless you know what you are doing. Super mooch on the trail. Loves belly scratches.

Height:  15.2 hands

Riding Level: Intermediate to Experienced. Retired Ranch Horse. Came with Goofy. His original name was Organ Donor because his is missing a significant chunk out of his lower neck. It doesn’t bother him. Just a beauty mark. Needs a very gentle hand. Has a sensitive mouth.

Height:  14.3 hands

Riding Level:  Beginning to Experienced. He is my trust fund baby. If you know what you are doing, you can do anything. If not, he will do what he wants because he just doesn’t have to do what you tell him. Has a habit of biting the horse’s butt in front of him to make them go faster when he is in control.

Height: 14.3 hands

Rider Level: Beginner - my babysitter mule. Hawkeye has earned his retirement. He is enjoying his final days just eating, sleeping and pooping. Once in awhile, he’ll get pulled to do a pony ride. Hawkeye was my “walk away”. He knew the short cuts home, so if we weren’t paying attention, he would be walking his rider home on a shorter route. We would usually have to bumper car him back on the trail.

Rider Level:  Beginner/intermediate. Wilbur sadly has a bad stifle so he is no longer usable. He is in mild manageable pain, but any hills make him hurt. Once in awhile, he’ll come out for a flat pony ride. Wilbur is just enjoying being a horse with his buddies.

Riding Level:  Beginner to Intermediate. Charlie is my rebel. Sometimes he likes to think out of the box and take a different trail just cause. He is starting to show his age so we limit his ride time. He is a favorite of a lot of guests.
