Nightly and monthly Horse Pen Rental

Pen Rental:         You Clean
$20 per pen per night for the first horse
$5 per each additional horse per night in the same pen
* There is a $20 penalty fee if you leave your stall dirty when you depart.

We Clean
$25 per pen per night for the first horse
$10 per each additional horse per night in the
same pen

                                    - Some pens hold up to three horses

                                    - You feed your own horses with your own food

                                    - We clean the pen once daily if you pick the
“We Clean” option

                                    - Hay is available to buy at $5 more than the ranch purchased it for 

Long Term Boarding:

- Piranhas Boarding (in the herd): $275 per month (Alfalfa twice a day)
There is a mare and gelding herd. They are not mixed together.

- Stall Boarding Choices
- Stall Rental Only (you feed and clean) - $100 per month
- Stall Rental with Alfalfa - $400 per month
- Stall Rental with Bermuda - $475 per month
- Stall Rental with Orchard Grass - $550 per month

- Purina Senior Feed once a day - additional $150 per month

Electrical Hookups may be available during your stay also. Just ask.
