IMPORTANT DATES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • You have until February 15, 2025, to reclaim your spot from last March’s 2024 Event. There is a tentative hold on your spot that is in GREEN. If you don’t submit your form by February 15th, then your hold is dropped and you go to the back of the line.

  • Last day to cancel is March 24, 2025, without penalties. After March 24, 2025, there is a $50 cancellation fee to cover food costs which will be collected by Bumble Bee Ranch thru an invoice via email.

  • If you are a NO SHOW, you will owe the entire amount of your registration fee. Please do us the courtesy for both EVBCH and Bumble Bee Ranch by canceling by phone or email. Bumble Bee Ranch will confirm your cancellation by phone. If you do not receive a phone call from us, you did not cancel your reservation.

  • If you cancel your stall, extra meals, electrical hookups and/or bedrooms on the day of your arrival, you will be responsible for them unless Bumble Bee Ranch can fill your spot.

  • The ride is closed after March 24, 2025.

  • Should you refuse to pay your cancellation fee like a responsible adult, you will be black listed from Bumble Bee Ranch for any future events until your fee is paid. Once paid, all is forgiven, and you may come and play again.


What is included in my all inclusive package?

  • Two nights of Dry Camping (Friday thru Sunday)

  • Friday Dinner of BBQ Ribs and Chicken

  • Saturday Buffet Breakfast

  • Saturday Ribeye Steak Dinner (choice of steak, chicken or salmon)

  • Sunday Buffet Breakfast

What can I add on for an extra fee?

  • Stall rentals - 12ft x 12ft minimum - There are 35 stalls setup “rodeo style” along the fence line and larger ones at the tack room. “Rodeo style” means they are small, and there are lots of them setup in a line. If your horse is aggressive and doesn’t like other horses next to them, you may have to rent the extra stall next to them to keep it empty or contain your own horse. Should your horse destroy a horse panel beyond repair, the cost to replace the panel is $200 each.
    Cost: $20 per stall per night (you clean), $25 per stall per night (we clean)

  • Extra nights of Dry Camping: You can come early or leave later.
    Cost: $15 per night per vehicle

  • Electrical Hookups are available from electric only ($30 per night) to full hookups ($50 per night). You can fill with water when you arrive and there is a RV Dump Station you can utilize on the way out.

  • The Big House and Cabin 6 have bedrooms that are for rent if you don’t have a LQ.

  • Ice is available to purchase on site. $3 (8lb bag) or $6 (20lb bag)

  • Extra Meals - Minimum of 10 Adults required

    • Thursday Hamburger/Hot Dog Dinner - $15 per person

    • Friday Breakfast Buffet - $15 per person

    • Bag Lunches - $8 per lunch - 6 inch turkey or roast beef w/ choice of cheese, soda or water, chips or granola bar

Bumble Bee Ranch Stall Assignments

The Stalls Assignments are listed below. Please let us know at registration if you want to be by a friend, not the week before the event when I can’t shuffle stalls.

If you came to the last EVBCH Fundraiser in 2024, you have until February 15th to reclaim your spot. Your name is in “GREEN” below. That is a tentative hold until February 15th. If you do not submit a reservation form, you will lose your spot on February 16th, and go to the back of the line.

If you have a reserved stall and you cannot make it, you cannot give it to a friend. It goes to the next person in line on the wait list. That is not fair to others. - Kelly
