Please fill in the following form to register by email. You may also call 623-694-1165 for a more a personal feel or if computers are not your friend. We will respond to you by either email or phone. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond. If you send it on the weekend, you may not get a response until Monday. Don't fret. We are extremely busy on the weekends with events as we shall with your event also. Thank you for your patience.
We do not require a credit card or prepayment for this event. We are one of the few places where a hand shake is a binding contract. We ask that you do us the kindness of calling and cancelling if you cannot make it. Even if it is the day of the event.
We will be giving you a call a week to two weeks before your event to confirm your reservations and make changes if necessary. If you cannot figure out what you are doing by then then there is no hope for you. Just kidding. We understand things can happen that are out of your control.
