Registration for the Wild Rose Event is OPEN!!!

We are serving the Ribeye Steak Dinner this time for Saturday’s Meal. We are moving uptown!

Day Parking: $10 per day
Tent and Dry Camping: $15 per night
Electrical Hookup Only: $30 per night
Electrical w/ Water Hookup: $40 per night
Full Hookups w/ septic: $50 per night

- Please note, if you are bringing a truck and trailer, but staying in someone else’s trailer, you will be paying full price for dry camping.

- If you come in a passenger car or truck with no trailer, but are staying in someone’s trailer, you will pay half price for dry camping

- If you come in the same vehicle as your friend, you do not pay for camping.

- If you bring one RV, and another truck and trailer, you will pay for two dry camping spots even if your husband takes the truck home.

- If you are staying in one of the guest houses, you do not pay for dry camping for your horse trailer.

Stall Rental: $20 per night (You Clean), $25 per night (We Clean) - Rates are for one horse in one stall.

There are plenty of overnight accommodations available. Please note it on your reservation form, or call Kelly at 623-694-1165.

SIGN UP FOR YOUR MEALS!!!  I only make a few extra meals above what is reserved.  Don’t be a procrastinator, or you will go hungry!

Stall Assignments and Guest Houses

The stall assignments are listed below from January 2024. You will have until AUGUST 31st, to reclaim your spot for November 2024. After AUGUST 31st, you will go to the back of the line. Get yourself on the waitlists now for electric and stalls, so if they do open up, you can jump into their spots.

GREEN LETTERING signifies your spot from January 2024. It will be held until August 31st to reclaim them.
BLUE LETTERING signifies you have claimed your spot for November 2024
RED LETTERING signifies I am waiting for a callback from you to claim spot or a reservation form

If you turn down a stall or cannot make it, the stall goes to the next person on the waiting list.
You cannot give it to someone else. That is unfair.

Please bring a manure bucket for quick clean-up of your stalls and campsites!
